Kitchen sink install

Our handyman did a great job. We ended up paying about $600 for the sink install which was still less than what some plumbing companies had quoted us. However they did not inform me about some $75 fee when I called to set up the appointment. Also I don’t think we should be charged if the Handyman has to go to a hardware store because he’s lacking supplies. They should be carrying everything they need for the job with enough material anticipated for a problem they couldn’t counter or they can have someone from the store run it to them. That was an hour wasted that should not have been charged to us. For that I docked two stars.

We went back and listened to your call to understand what was communicated. Our office staff did discuss the $75.00 service fee, but we apologize if it wasn't clear to you when you booked the appointment. As a handyman business, we cannot carry enough inventory for every project we complete. We are affiliated with Ace Hardware, but they are not responsible for bringing supplies to us in the field.
