Wood fascia repair
Originally hired Ace to repair and paint the wood fascia on my two story. The person I spoke with and sent a pic to said they could do the work. Had to pay the service fee and ladder rental just to be told by the contractor that he wouldn't be able to work on the wood fascia and that painting wouldn't help. He was honest and up front about it. Glad I didn't have to pay $500 just to find out it wouldn't make a difference but still a bit upset having to pay $160 for nothing.

We can certainly understand your frustration that your wood fascia repair was unable to be completed as originally anticipated and the costs associated with assessing the situation. We did refund the $90.00 ladder rental fee. It is difficult to determine what some projects will entail until the craftsman can see what is required and provide honest feedback. Tracy, the handyman arrived on time. work thru most of projects for time allowed. Kept me informed with each step. Additional projects could not be completed with time constraints, but can be done another time. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use your services in the future.

I am a first time user of your service. I had three items to be fixed. The person who came out was knowledgeable, professional, and very quick. He got done faster than I thought he would. He did an excellent job in the repairs. I plan on using ACE Handyman Services in the future.
