We hired Ace Handyman Services to repair floor trim in a small section of the house and to replace an exterior wood door that was warped and worn out. We had the craftsman, Sydney, come out before the work to assess and help me make a list of materials to buy to prepare for the job. Sydney was very clear about what materials I needed and the number of hours to perform each aspect of the job. On the day of the work, Sydney and team arrived on time and worked quickly. They communicated issues found during the job and how that would affect the work, and what materials were needed to adjust to the unexpected issue. At the end of the day, the job was completed faster than the estimate saving us time and money. Craftsmen were friendly and easy to work with and obviously knowledgeable about the work. I am always anxious about hiring out to get work done on the house, but these guys made it completely stress free. I will hire Ace Handyman Services for future work and recommend them to others.

Friendly and determined phone scheduling. Ace gives you a time their service person will arrive, not a 4-hour window! The communication between the scheduler and me as to what kind of service I needed was thorough and I felt confident I would get the service I requested. Ace was able to send out a service person the same day and he was right on time! Roger was careful, friendly, skillful, and explained everything he was doing very well. Stacy ran a little late because I booked my appointment the day of, and he had a job run over. However, he was worth the wait and a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable with much experience, Stacy completed or reviewed 5 mini projects around the house. He was very helpful and personable. What he wasn’t able to accomplish at the moment, he gave great advice and suggestions. I would definitely use again.

Roger came to give us an estimate on removing and replacing our existing shower. He explained clearly the work that would be necessary, what materials would be required, and approximate manpower and time involved.
