Due to unforeseen COVID 19 conditions, we learned that HandymanMatters was experiencing scheduling challenges. In an effort to help them optimize and maximize their staffing resources, we opted to bundle multiple jobs into one contract. > We had a very old kitchen exhaust fan removed and the space was recovered and rehabilitated. This job went very smooth and the outcome was excellent. > We had a kitchen window replaced. We experience a minor delay because the window was a special order and impacted by a supply chain backlog. Once the window was acquired, the installation was completed in within an hour and looks and operates fantastic. > Our foundation wall needed restoration and new parsing applied. This job was completed relatively quickly and resulted in a Job Well done. We agreed to apply the Dry-Lock finish coating. Again, the finished appearance is outstanding. > We had two ceiling fans installed in rooms without existing fixtures. This job began smoothly but encountered difficulty with wiring and or electrical issues. Unfortunately Craftsperson Dan consumed a large amount of labor time performing troubleshooting tasks. Eventually, HandyMan engaged their Master Electrician Bill to assist Dan solving a moderately complex wiring solution. This installation also encountered one ceiling fan which had a factory defective wiring harness. We had to delay for one day to acquire a replacement ceiling fan. << In conclusion> Both ceiling fan installation have been completed and are operating beautifully. "THANK YOU ACEHANDYMAN MATTERS!!

Dan had called prior to the appointment to verify what he might need, in this case concrete. He arrived and was very professional and timely. He took away the old mailbox and installed the new one quickly and even explained everything that needed done. I will definitely be using Ace Handyman service in the future.

Another couple of excellent services by Ace Handyman in the last few weeks. Michael replaced a cracked window and also solved and corrected a bothersome light switch, and Andrew performed numerous jobs for me inside and outside the house a couple weeks ago. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my home’s upkeep. Been using this company for a few years now, and am very glad to have them around.

Chris was great. On time, professional, and personable during completion of the work. His work was very detailed and his cleanup was excellent.

Michael recently replaced two exterior doors into a sun room. Both doors were rotted on the lower part of the outside frames. One door had completely rotted out below the door and brick pavers . Michael worked out this major issue. The finished product was amazing. He suggested putting a metal lining on the outside frames of each door which will prevent further water damage. Even though it was an expensive repair, they were always upfront with the expected costs. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services. Michael's manager stopped by each day to check the progress.

I had another handyman from Ace Handyman Services come to my home for gutter repair work this past July. Unfortunately, the gutter repairs didn't last. So, I called Ace Handyman Services back, explaining that I thought that the gutter repairs should last more than a couple of months! They agreed and sent Andrew out to look at things and make repairs, if needed. Andrew was great - he pointed out the gutter leakages to me and re-repaired them. Now, I'll need to monitor things with these gutters for a while, to make sure that no more leakages occur. He also gave me good advice regarding my home's electrical system and replacing my home's smoke detectors (and I'll need to contact Ace Handyman Services to make an appointment for that also!) Oh, I almost forgot - NO extra charges for the rework! Now THAT'S great business!!! To Andrew and Ace Handyman Services, thank you so much for the professional work!

Mike was great. Our rot over the garage door was more extensive than anticipated but he tackled the job with ease. Unfortunately that cut into the time to finish the rot by our front door so the weather stripping still needs to put back properly. He also had an assistant that installed a railing for us but didn’t check before attaching it and Mike had to cut It back which left an additional hole in the wall that he patched. Overall, he did a great job.
