Communication was the best from a contractor, did great work and was a pleasure to do business with.

I actually thought it would be a good experience but it was not. They charged by the hour instead of estimating the cost. I had an estimate from 2 different companies (who were currently too busy to do the work for me) since I have to be out very soon. They both said it was very very simple and should not take longer than an hour and cost around 100 to 200. For some reason it took 3.5 hours just to hammer 4 short boards into my deck. WTH. I was also warned by my neighbor about their overcharging customers and she is elderly. So when I received my bill at almost 600 hundred dollars, I was not understanding why! I just paid it BUT will never use them again! Not even to change a light bulb! Very dishonest! Taking advantage of COVID I have to assume!

Again, another great experience. Dan showed up on time and immediately discussed the project with me. He came to the job with all of the equipment that he would need. When he was finished, I went out to see the finished work. WOW!! It was beautiful. He explained our options on the removal of the old lattice work, and we choose to handle it ourselves. Dan maintained all COVID protocols while at my home. Could not have asked for a more personable and efficient craftsman. Also, a great big thank you to the ladies who do all of the scheduling. They have the best "phone" personalities I have come across in a long time. Handyman Matters will always be my go to craftsmen!!

I was very satisfied. Matt was on time, professional, wore a mask and got the job done in record time and done perfectly. I was going to check into gutter guards and he was honest enough to let me know that in the 5 years since our gutters were cleaned last, there was very few leaves and the only leaves are from the neighbors trees that blow over. I was very surprised and pleased that they were honest enough to let me know so that I did not spend the hundreds of dollars for nothing. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
