Another good experience with Ace Handyman. Arrived on time work was very professional. Today was wallboard repair and some trim repair (else got a new puppy).

I responded to Lori, the office manger the day before my appointment, I did mention clearly that I only need to have the chimney to be painted with one coat, and one color all around. I will provide the paint. I also ask her if Dale, the painter completed the paint job on the chimney, can I ask him to paint other things to make up of the 2-hr minimum. She said, yes of course. When Dale show up on tine at 0900, I mentioned exactly like that. Dale did borrow my 2 ladders to climb up to the roof, one is the 10-foot, and another one is 6-foot. He painted TWO coats, moving his pick up truck in, out, and worked on this truck bed, drinking hot coffee and keep holding his cup, using his time to discuss with my bicycle while I repairing it. When I mentioned that did you do the paint on the bottom of my siding in the back. Well, he said it is now 10:45am. It almost two hours. Some other details that I could write in words. I wanted to thank Luther, Lori and Steve for the work they did rebuilding part of my kitchen after a water leak. Luther first advised we get a clean up professional Restoration1. Which was a great idea. The damaged areas were properly tested, demoed and cleaned. Then Ace came back in to rebuild everything back to normal. We are relieved Ace came in and helped us get through a tough situation. Thanks again!
