Waste of time and money
Ask to repair dragging door. Total them it was not a simple adjustment that door, frame, and threshold probably needed to be replaced to straighten the door and bring the door above the new carpet. They assured me their quote was correct and the door would not drag after service. Total failure. Waste of my money and limited time. Door still dragging after paid to fix dragging door.

I did just receive your email expressing concern for the door still dragging, and was currently working on pulling a date for us to come out and reassess to get the door back into a proper function. Rotten wood and painting
This is one of the top companies in Kansas City.
I hired them before several times, and the contractor showed up on time, did a perfect job, clean, friendly, helpful.
The manager was very friendly. The prices are fair.
I highly recommend this company.

They made it easy, at a time when everything seems more difficult
Great experience from setting up the estimate until the repair was completed. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, punctual, and professional. John completed the repair on our french doors on time, under budget and all looked and worked great afterwards.

Professional, efficient workmanship
Had a number of items taken care of by the craftsman, Tony (installed 2 new ceiling light fixtures, fixed small crack in bedroom sheetrock wall, & covered up an old water stain on a bedroom ceiling). Tony was there on time for the appointment, was very knowledgeable about how to take care of all of our items, and completed all of the work in a very professional and efficient manner. His workmanship and clean-up was superb. Would highly recommend your technician, Tony, and your company.

Highly qualified, professional, patient, courteous and knowledgeable
Our plumber was a breathe of fresh air. He explained things thoroughly and made certain that everything was functioning properly before he left. He also gave me instructions on the use of a tool in the package containing the new faucet that I hadn’t even realized was there. He was respectful, extremely competent and completed all tasks with a very pleasant demeanor.
