Two other service providers have tried and failed to repair a long-term problem with cracking wainscot on an exterior wall. Chris knew exactly how to fix it, is top-notch in his work, great personality, does the job right -- a refreshing approach to providing a service. After we had some new windows installed on the front of our house, we realized that we couldn't open them to the inside due to our plantation shutters getting in the way. So we reached out to Ace Handyman Services to see if it was something they could help us with. Daniel came to work on this project for us. He was right on time and very friendly and professional. We talked through my concerns about creating a gap in the middle of the shutters and he was able to reassure me that he would be able to fix them without causing that issue. His work turned out great and we are so grateful to have those fixed finally. I will definitely hire Ace Handyman for future repairs that we don't feel comfortable taking on ourselves.

We needed someone to replace our outside dryer vent cover; the old one disintegrated due to age, birds, etc. Our laundry facilities are on the upstairs level, so the dryer vent outside is about 25 feet up, necessitating a ladder to reach it. Although we have replaced it ourselves in the past, we didn't feel comfortable anymore on a ladder. So we contacted Ace. The service man arrived and proceeded to start the work (we had an exact replacement for the vent cover that had broken). He was very efficient and cordial. We were delighted with the service!

The workmanship is great & did a good job, and courteous. However, the hand railing material is much too expensive not according to my husband's suggestion of our neighbor's hand railing... Very positive experience with Ace Handyman Services. Electrical Repairs were scheduled several months earlier but could not be completed; I had to purchase a brand new light. Repairman returned (i’m sorry but I can’t remember his name now) and installed the light. He was friendly and efficient and did a great job on the installation. Although there was an issue at the beginning of this service call, Ace Handyman Services returned and made it right. They completed my job efficiently. Excellent to work with. I would definitely use them again.
