GREAT JOB!
James came and fixed an annoying floor squeak that has bothered me for years. He went into the crawlspace, found the problem, and wrestled with it until he fixed it. I did this kind of thing as a young man, but as I get older, having a young man do it is a LOT easier.
I can't recommend Ace.. and James... any higher than 5 stars, or I would.

Good solid work
John, who did the work, is a retired home builder. We needed some caulking and cement work done, and he knew the right products and did the job in the budgeted time, and it looks great. Would strongly recommend him.

James is amazing!
This was our first time finding and using this service and we can’t say enough good things. From Lori who answered the phone when I called to James who came and was just awesome! He fixed our issue quickly and saved our butts! Great people and great service. So happy we found them and can’t recommend enough!

Thomas Pablo is the handy man for you!
Thomas provided a wonderful experience! He was very courteous and knowledgeable to make sure that my issues were properly diagnosed and resolved and not just treated like a cosmetic fix. I was home, so he checked in to make sure that the work was satisfactory, and he cleaned up the work area after finishing his jobs.
He was very friendly, and I appreciated that he gave my puppy some love and entertainment while he was here.
I would recommend Thomas Pablo to anyone in need of handy man services!
Also kudos to the whole operation as the appointment set up and verification the day before was easy and professional!

Price was reasonable, work was performed well despite some minor differing site conditions. I will hire them again for sure.
