Sliding screen door
Ace Hardware has done a couple of projects for for me. Installed an entry door into our garage after the existing one got caught by the wind where it blew open busting the frame. Ace Hardware were easy to get in touch with, spoke with a real person and interested in my needs. We set up an appointment for the Carpenter, which was prompt I might add.. he was efficient, and explained everything so that I could understand, very well mannered all around a great experience. Also they came and measured for sliding screen door, so that we could open our sliding glass door in cooler weather. After the door arrived my wife and installed it to save money. I ended up calling Ace Hardware to come to assist getting the best fit. The carpenter fixed us up again at no extra cost.

Very professional…excellent outcome!
After much research, I finally found an actual handyman I can trust! I wasn’t even aware that Ace had a handyman service before this.
I’m so impressed with Mr.Vibert Charles. Not only is he polite and friendly, but very knowledgeable and professional! He did a great job in a timely fashion. I will certainly be sure to ask for him by name the next time I need a handyman!

Great Experience!
It was a great experience to meet the ACE Handyman Service Field rep, S. C. He is professional, pleasant, helpful. He toured my home, following my checklist. He listened well, took great notes. He showed or explained things I could do, by myself. And, he identified repairs the Handyman would do. We double checked our notes, and identied supplies I would get, versus what the Handyman would provide. He is a great introduction to this business
