Consistent knowledgeable and professional service.
Our favorite Ace Repair service man, Vilbert, corrected a an installation problem of our shower faucet control arm with a solution requiring experience and smarts. This is the second time he has been able to correct a problem within the warranty period greatly relieving my anxiety. Ace Home Repair has earned my loyalty and I will using them for future home repairs.

Craftsman was very resourceful.
Jesus, the Ace Handyman, was on time, very focused on his work and had exceptional carpentry skills. We felt we were in good hands the minute he knocked on the door and he announced himself. The quality of his work was as promised and well worth the cost. Will certainly consider Ace Handyman for future projects.

Repaired popcorn ceiling and replaced ceiling fans
The ceiling appeared broken and stained from a previous roof leak in several places. I thought the best that I could hope for was just neat-looking patches. What I'm ending up with looks like nothing ever happened. You honestly cannot tell that there was ever a stain or a crack or a leak at all. I am beyond pleased. Ceiling fans were quickly replaced as well. Jesús cleaned up after he was done with broom, mop, and vacuum. Pleasant, professional, competent. What more can you ask.

Regarding your comment about providing a written quote, that's where we are different to the typical contractor. Since we do over 1100 different types of jobs, we do not provide quotes like a contractor. We provide estimates based on the information received from our customers that are then verified or revised once our craftsmen review the project on site. Because of the diversity of the services we perform, our model allows for the necessary flexibility to adjust estimates as needed based on the needs of each project.
