Services provided were just what I needed! Communication was good before arrival and during the projects I needed fixing. My specific technician was polite and helpful with all questions and needs. She came in and got straight to work and fixed my drywall issue in the kitchen and my issues with my siding outside the home in which was something I’ve needed done for so long. Estela was my assigned repair person and was tasked with a solution and a repair of a 97 yr. old glass door, knobs and latch at my Historic house. It was a challenging repair. Our Ace Handyman worked hard to replace an old shower enclosure and plumbing with new and modern material and fixtures. The job was difficult and he work diligently to get the job done right.

I had 3 problems to address in my bathroom..a wall socket that wouldn't stay in the wall when I plugged things in and out...a sink stopper that wouldn't stay together rendering that sink useless for catching water and a towel rack that stayed in the wall but couldn't be tightened to the wall causing my towel bar to come apart when I used the towel...I had 2 handymen give up trying to fix the problems...Robert from Ace Handyman services had them fixed in less than half an hour...amazing...Robert...thank you!

I originally called to have the glass in my window repaired. I was told it would be 299$ plus the cost of the glass. The day of the installation I got a call that the glass could not be replaced and the window had to be. The cost of the new window was about 400$ plus the 299$ to put it in. I Agreed because I was looking at a total cost of about 700$. At this point when I agreed they did not tell me they were charging more for the labor to install new versus repair. They ran into more problems with the window because of the way it was originally installed and so the installation process took a lot longer then they anticipated. When they had finished they told me it was going to be 1800$ but at no time in between did they tell me that it was going to be more then the 299 for the labor. They did compromise a little and only charged me 900 for the labor plus the cost of the materials but my total still came out to 1400$. Double what it was quoted. Had I known before they did it it was going to cost that much I would not have had it done. I felt very misled since I was not told accurately during the whole course of the installation that they were going to charge me more for the labor then they had told me.

My bathroom was gutted and remodeled however 3 problems were left, of which I was advised could not be fixed without more extensive work...2 different handymen advised me of this...and so I called Ace Handyman services...a wall socket was fixed and now stays in the wall when I plug and unplug things...the sink stopper will now go up and down...something as simple as a clamp was all that was needed...and my towel rack sits firmly in the wall..I can access the towel without worrying the whole thing will fall apart...2 handymen came and went and left scratching their heads and leaving me with these problems...Ace came in and fixed all 3 in half an hour...thank you Robert!!
