Professional, courteous, got the job done

Reliable, clear communication, and high quality work
We needed someone reliable to finish finishing our basement. We needed trim, some wire shelves in the bathroom closets, and a mirror hung up. JP and his coworker did a fabulous job on the work. They even got the job done quicker than they estimated, saving us a fair chunk of change. They were friendly, reliable, prompt and hardworking. Chris in the office was patient and so good about communicating with us. We highly recommend Ace Handyman Services, especially JP!

Great, prompt service
Chris, whom I spoke with originally, was very professional and listened exactly to what I needed. JP and Lucas were right on time to the very minute!! What I needed done was to replace the over-the-range microwave, repair an outside door doorknob (I thought the entire assembly needed replacing but Lucas fixed my existing one!), replace the dryer vent hosing and hang a large fabric wallhanging. These guys were professional, worked very well with each other and knew what they were doing. The only reason I'm giving (4) stars is due to the cost. I understood it taking two guys to do the microwave, thus the extra money involved. I was quoted $145 more from a handyman service in St Johns and they couldn't do the work for two months out. Chris scheduled me for (3) days later as I requested. I get it - everything costs so much these days. I even received a hand-written thank you note from Chris for hiring them!!! That is impressive in itself!! I definitely plan to call them again. Having to find responsible repairmen is stressful. I'm glad I don't have to search again. ACE is now in my phone contacts.
