This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the person who called to setup the appointment. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Luke was on time, professional, answered all my questions and a joy to work with. I had only planned on getting my leaking faucet fix but after working with Luke I am now getting a bath surround and new fixtures installed. This is only because of the awesome service I received. Great job, I will be telling all my friends about you all.

I had explained in advance that I had two pocket doors to get opening and closing smoothly again. In the allotted time he was only able to work on one door and couldn't even complete that because he didn't have the necessary tools. Having to pay money for a job that wasn't complete with no estimate on what it will take to complete is frustrating. I may end up just finishing this on my own since the cost is already more than I planned and the job isn't done. It appears this service is only for very basic jobs and not equipped to handle anything more.

JP came to my home to repair a hole in a wall. He evaluated the situation immediately and determined how he would approach the repair and what supplies he needed. He was very professional and courteous and explained the job would be done in a couple stages/visits and what each stage required; Within a few minutes I felt comfortable that this job was going to be done correctly. The workmanship was excellent. You can't tell that the wall was repaired. I shop at Ace Hardware stores frequently but did not know they had this service available. I had a great experience in using them and will keep Ace Handyman as my goto repair service when something is more complex for me to do.

We had a great experience with JP. He helped us replace and patch some trim, and he hung a few pieces of art for us. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and the work looks great. He was also very kind, which I appreciate. It was also an excellent experience booking the appointment. Collette kept in touch, and updated us when necessary. I would absolutely use the service again.

The handyman that came to my work to complete the work was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job installing my blinds, smoke detector and toilet paper dispenser. I would refer Ace Handyman to all my friends and family😁
