Needed a door replaced and another one fixed. I wasn’t sure what the issue really was, so reached out to professionals for help. Weeks later, I am still having issues with the door closing properly. Not sure what was done with it or not. They took a look to see what exactly was needed before starting so I assumed they knew what was going on. Disappointed in the door ‘repair’. New door install was okay!

Jordan finished all the tasks I requested except for one, fixing the backyard faucet. He fixed the other three and completed everything else on my list but we ran out of time when he determined the backyard faucet had to be replaced. He was able to get me a replacement faucet and I will be calling back to rebook him to put the new one in. Very pleasant, polite young man.

I used ACE to install a shower door. Setting everything up was good. Tech arrives, so far so good. About 20 mins after he arrives, he lets me know he isnt familiar with doing shower doors and needs to call another tech to come help. Ok, that's fine. 2nd tech arrives, everything is going good. They get the door installed and I take a look at it. They didn't caulk anything. So I brought that up, one of the techs said he didn't have caulk with him and would return the next day. Ok. Next day, he shows up and caulks the frame in WHITE. I don't have white walls, so that stuck out like a sore thumb. Next day, the shower is used and leaks all over the place. Called back, and they send someone else out to re-caulk. This tech said that the first tech knew that the caulk may not work as he had problems with it before. WHAT!!!!! 2nd tech re-caulks everything. Next shower, still leaking. Called back and they couldnt get me in for a week, which I thought was bad but oh well. In the meantime, I looked at the instructions to put in the door and realized they put in one of the pieces upside down. When they returned, I brought that up and the Tech kind of argued that he had done this many times and that it was in right. I then showed him the instructions and pointed out how it should be put in and relented. They had to undo some of the work to flip the piece, when they put it back together though the piece they flipped was now crooked, so that was nice of them. They took pictures of everything so the office could see because I dont believe they thought I was telling the truth. The door still leaked but I decided that this place could not fix their mistakes. So I went ahead and caulked again all the places that didnt seem to have caulk. That helped though it still leaks. Will have to find someone better to fix their mistakes as I am done with this company.

I had a great experience with Chris and his team. John and Jordan did a nice job repairing my deck which was over 15 years old and had some structural issues. The costs on the project were reasonable and came in close to the quote. I will be using Chris and his team for future projects!

Morgan arrived on time and was prepared for whatever was required. He made a great effort but needed a new part. Part was ordered and wil return when it arrives.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I would have known about them before I asked a friend to install the cabinet and then I needed someone to come in and fix the issues. I will definitely use their services again.
