Matthew the young man who came to my residence to discover the problems we were dealing with. Todd was GREAT he started scraping, cleaning, sealing, painting and recleaning. It actually looked like he enjoyed his work, he explained the steps that he was taking to complete the job. Todd advised not to worry you will be pleased with this job or Ill do it over. Where have you ever heard that before, this was a first for me. Todd has a happy outgoing personality, my husband and I really enjoyed his company.
