Handyman was trying to walk away from a poor job on pressure washing. I could not believe he was trying to collect on the job when he did an awful job. I reported him to his boss and he had to redo the job. It also did not make sense why he would not have pressure washed the alley when he washed the entire driveway and porch. If it was not in the agreement he should have brought it to my attention and I would have paid the extra money to have it completed.

This would be a five-star review if there hadn't been a scheduling delay. Todd was terrific, installed two screen doors, consulted on matters of choice and followed suggestions. Quickly done, no fuss.

Matt came out today and was extremely helpful in quoting all of my requests. I was satisfied and felt the pricing was fair for the repairs I need. Booked on the spot!

I had 3 or 4 small projects I needed completed and the service was very affordable. I was notified about arrival times and could track the handy man via maps. Matthew was very professional and did a great job with all the projects. Will definitely use in the future.

They were able to accommodate my schedule, were on time, had great updates and the install went great!

All work was completed carefully and correctly. Area was cleaner. After Todd worked than it was before.

I'am glad i picked Handy Man Matters, Matt was very punctual and polite. He never really stopped working, if he did stop it was for a very short time. He has great work ethic. He did his best to remove all of the build up of grime and spots of what ever builds up on your home after a long period of time. He got most of the build up off, which is almost impossible to remove. While Handyman Matters was not able to help with my particular situation, I received excellent service from all of the people I spoke to. The handyman came promptly to see what my issue was and even recommended a solution with a new hire in a few days. Unfortunately, that person was not able to help and Handyman Matters canceled my appointment in a timely fashion. The dispatcher was kind and courteous each time I spoke with her. I would not hesitate to call Handyman Matters in the future.

The work was not done according to what was agreed and part of it was poorly done. The first follow up phone call showed no concern about my complaint. Second phone call was somewhat interested and promised to call back and never did.

Matthew went out of his way to figure out a way to repair my jacuzzi. On his own time, he did the research, and then returned to my home to discuss repair options. I am so impressed by his tenacity and motivation to resolve my problem.
