Would be careful with plumbing division of HM
I was given a $500 quote for a plumbing job and my experience is that HM honors those quotes. This time the final job, which took less than an hour and included a toilet, came in at $600, much to my dismay. I was able to talk the subcontractor down to $545, but while I did register a complaint with HM, I have not had any clear follow-up on that.
I have been very happy with HM up until now, and would recommend them, but I would also be wary of what goes on on the plumbing side of things.

Exceeded Expectations
For the fourth time I hired Matt for a full day, and he exceeded my expectations. He got done more work than I expected, sooner that I anticipated, so he had time to do a few extra jobs for me.

worlds most difficult washer/dryer install
Warren was on-time, got right down to business and knew his business. The project was to stack a washer/dryer and then fit it into a cubby with no space to maneuver. He worked right along, solved problems quickly and went the extra distance to make sure the job was done right. Did I mention he is a very nice guy and pleasant to work with? I would recommend him to anyone.
