The services provided were good! My only concern was with billing. We own a rental property and the invoice was too vague. We paid for the half day package, but not all the work was completed within that time frame. At the price we paid, it would have been nice to have received a detailed list of all the completed repairs. We were also charged a fee for paying with a credit card. Had this been explained to me before I had done so, I would have made the payment by check.

Handyman arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the job under the estimated budget and less than estimated time. Would definitely use again.

I am rating my experience as average. For over $90/hr I guess I was expecting excellent. I probably had too many items for the four hours and was sad when time was spent on internet looking up parts and how to fix. The items that were fixed were done well. I think I will look for a personal recommendation next time.

We had a great crew. We walked and discussed the projects for that day. Front door, ceiling can switch and a lot of caulk work. Kat and apprentice Tim were at our place. Our chief complaint was a crack off of the top right of our door frame. Kat stripped the interior door trim to find that the shims that were used to level the frame were never secured in place and had all dropped out of place. They were all over it re-plumbing and securing new shims, as well as a phenomenal crack repair re-texturing job. Professional, courteous and dependable. Will use again and continue to recommend.

I didn't know that Handyman Matters could help me with my plumbing issues, but thank goodness! I am a single mom who is out of town training for a new job, when my teenage son called with an overflowing toilet, ahh! I was able to request service after hours, through Handyman Matter's website, using their instant messaging. The needs of my job were quickly assessed, the water turned off and I placed in the cue for scheduling. And this was all done from my hotel room in Baltimore! First thing the next morning, I received a call with scheduling options. It was a piece of cake and gave me huge peace of mind!

I'm a long distance customer, as I live in another state. I had Handyman Matters do a major remodel of bathrooms in a rental home. Sean was awesome! He kept in close communication with my renter and me throughout the process. I have only seen pictures of the finished product, but my renter says the work was professional and quality. Sean was given some lead way to alter some of the work, due to those pesky problems that always come up during a remodel. Even though I gave permission to go an easier route, he chose to make it right. I will definitely use Handyman Matters again.

Sean was AWESOME!! He was punctual, professional, and very efficient. He explained all that was involved in replacing our exterior shutters. Can’t wait to have him back for installation!

Warren was prompt nice and professional. I paid $250 to have an old track put on a kitchen drawer and some clamps put on hot water pipes. No estimate was given prior to his arrival. If I had been given this estimate upfront I would have hired someone else. Just too expensive. I would not use them again.
