Sean arrived right on time as the phone app showed and he was professional, warm and got right to it. He assessed my leaking toilet and my tile shower which badly needed recaulking. As he was leaving to get supplies, he told me the approximate time he would return and when he did, I noticed him rolling both my trash cans up from the street, placing them next to my garage. He was also nice enough to grab me a pack of batteries which I needed, saving me a trip to the store. So nice! He fixed the toilet and even removed the stains from the toilet bowl and the toilet tank. The toilet looks brand new again and my shower looks great with the fresh caulking. I am thrilled! This is my first experience with Handyman Matters and as a woman and a single mom, feeling safe in my home and confident in the service I am receiving is huge! I would definitely recommend this company.

Kipp was the primary person that worked on my project. (Sean was there the first couple of days and Justin helped finish up). We had a complete bathroom update (no walls were moved, but EVERYTHING was replaced). At the estimate, I showed Kipp the tiles I was thinking about and he told me that they would work out just fine. Turned out even better now that everything is installed, it is such a nice bathroom! We were only down a total of 4 1/2 days, so not too bad and exactly what we expected. They worked hard everyday. We did do some of the running to get supplies, but it gave them time to spend on the stuff we sure couldn't do. I have already recommended them to 3 friends and will use them again.

Handyman Matters was a refreshing experience from start to finish. The person who took my phone call and made the appointment was efficient, pleasant and businesslike. Our Craftsman contacted us, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. We could not have asked for more. Warren was what I expect when I ask for help.

Handyman is the BEST. Kip and Justin finished in less time than they proposed and did an outstanding job on installation of my kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. They ran into some complications that were as a part of the original construction of the counter, but overcame any issues. I believe anyone else would have walked away but not Kip. Simply amazing and professional and great attitude in getting it done and done right! Id recommend them to everyone!

Kip was amazing! We had a list of items to be repaired, nothing major but when you’re prepping your house for sale they become glaring. Kip regrouted the master bathroom, repaired the ceiling in our basement and leveled our deck allowing the gate to latch without binding. We purchased the eight hour package but Kip finished everything in seven. What a pleasant and very capable young man. I would certainly recommend your firm to our friends and neighbors, as a matter of fact, I asked Kip to mail me a few of your business cards.
