We had a great experience with this service when we used them to have a side door on our garage replaced. The repair man, Brett, made himself available the week of the service to confirm with me that we had all the right materials ready and answer my questions. On the day of the service, he arrived promptly, was friendly, and walked me through all the details before starting. We had to make a minor adjustment mid-way through and he came up with a quick fix that allowed the project to be finished in less than a couple of hours. I highly recommend this service as it was affordable, professional, and comes with a guarantee of quality of work that I didn't find with other handyman services. I will definitely use them again.

When services were scheduled we said we had a toilet valve plumbing issue and a electrical issue with the doorbell. I thought I would need two separate people to come out one that specializes in plumbing and another for the electrical. I was assured the person they send out would be able to handle both. Brett came out and was able to fix the plumbing issue. However, he was here for over two hours and was not able to identify the issue with the doorbell. It was apparent he was not sure what he was looking for and he did not Eve have a voltage meter to check the wires. We ended calling an electrician and he identified the problem in five minutes and it was just the transformer was unplugged and it was in a place that Brett had checked. Brett was very nice but you may not want to send him on any call with electrical issues.

The notifications were timely and Lee even managed to come early. He was friendly, professional and well qualified for all of our jobs. He installed a medicine cabinet, a towel rack and a new faucets in two bathrooms. He also installed a new kitchen faucet. The connections for the kitchen faucet were a problem and Lee worked hard to determine the solution. The results were exactly what we had envisioned and are glad we had such a skilled professional to help us. We will use Ace always in the future.

Needed baseboards reinstalled. Called Ace and inquired about the handyman service one day, handyman scheduled for the next day. Blake installed and caulked and all is good.
