This is our first time using Ace Handyman Services and we were beyond impressed. Kim the General Manager was super helpful and her customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time. It is a busy time of year for those of us in any sort of healthcare and with Covid we have had to extend hours to be sure our patients are safely distanced. We would typically hang holiday lights ourselves, but we just don't have the time this year. We haven't had the best of luck using "handymen" in the past, so we were delighted to learn that ACE Hardware now offered a Handyman service. Blake arrived early!! AND he was dressed in a uniform. Our Office Manager was very impressed that she received a text message from Blake when he was on his way and the text included a picture of him. Blake was very careful to observe Covid procedures which we appreciated. The work was completed on time, professionally, and with INCREDIBLE customer service. We will be using Ace Handyman Services again soon. If you want to experience GREAT customer service in the handyman space, give Kim a call. You won't be disappointed.

Tim was outstanding. We had a 30 year old home with a doorbell and intercom issue. He came out, analyzed the problem, gave us a reasonable bill, made suggestions, which we followed. He uninstalled the motherboard and sent it out of state to be repaired. He installed a Ring doorbell to give our tenant some protections while hers was being repaired. He came back out and reinstalled the repaired doorbell and intercom system. He was professional, and stayed on top of the issue with us the entire time. We will be using him again in the future.

I answered a ad for a snowblower special $185. I thought that was a little too expensive but needed the work done. Cost was over $200. Ace never explained that cost was only the base price.
