I have hired Ace Handyman Services twice in the past couple months and both times the experience has been only positive. First, because a Woodpecker had created a big hole in our wood trim on our house. Jason did a great job fixing it. He was prompt & professional. Finished sooner than expected and adjusted the final cost to be less since he finished sooner than the original quote. Second, we needed our shower pan replaced in our master bathroom and this time it was Ryan who did this job. Just like Jason, Ryan did a great job, and he was on time very time, he explained everything clearly, he was very professional and got the job done. All these qualities are things we have had a hard time finding in a handyman. We will be hiring Ace Handyman Services for another job very soon. I highly recommend them.

And this time, it is not only due to the onsite visit(s) by Mike & Kevin but most certainly... their serviceman Jimmy... whom I think of as "Jimmy the Brakeman"...! The man is probably the most professional "handyman" I've ever dealt with. He is a regular "machine" when it comes to accomplishing the tasks set before him. His diligence, workman-like dedication to getting the job done quickly, thoroughly and in the most professional manner possible is... nothing short of "amazing"! I worked with the owner Mike Schmidt and his office manager Kevin to set up an 8 hour work day to replace 15 electrical outlets, remove and install 3 new light fixtures, give a quote for a window repair, and fix a few areas of trim work in my kitchen and living room. Jason P left a voicemail the day before to confirm, arrived on time, as scheduled, and got everything completed ahead of schedule in 5 hours. He was kind, efficient, cleaned up, and provided additional education and options for other future repairs when requested. Jason came out to our house to take on a whole "to-do" list for us and absolutely knocked it out of the park! From some faulty door hinges/screws causing an issue to our main entrance, to weather stripping, a new electric switch in the garage, and being a real solutions provider by getting us hooked up with a new light in our backyard for us and our dog. "One call... does it all." is a claim made by many businesses, but when it comes to being true, we find that once again, Ace Handyman Services Northern McHenry Western Lake Counties and their "handyman" Jason really put that claim to work. During his second visit to our home, for a new plumbing issue, once again, Jason proved to be more than equal to the tasks at hand.
