Late
My handyman showed up late, drove on my lawn, and installed the door knob upside down. I brought it to his attention and he did correct. Meanwhile he kept asking me to sign something on his phone but wouldn’t let me read it. I won’t be using Ace Handymen again.

Hi Sheryl. I am very sad to here this. I am meeting with the craftsman now. I am sorry that he was 8 minutes late. Your appointment was 1pm and he started work shortly after. Our craftsmen are instructed to call if running late. I am very sorry that he did not call. He also has a copy of the contract that must be signed before work can begin. I am sorry he did not show you the large version instead of using his phones. I also have just purchased Apple I-Pads for this purpose, but I have not given them out yet. Manny is the best handyman ever! And his painting skills are amazing. He is a perfectionist. The quality of his work is praiseworthy. I cannot find the words to express my appreciation. He goes above and beyond your expectations. If you need painting done, by all means ask for Manny!

Putting handicap bars in bathroom.
Manny was very polite and asked my opinion as to wear I wanted the bars. When done he asked if I could check them out to make sure they were where I needed them. Very pleased!
