First let me start by saying that this review does not reflect Billy. He is an excellant craftsman and did an outstanding job. You are very lucky to have a guy of his caliber on your staff. My disappointment is with the company. When I called to book i was told that my job would be 4 hrs range and that fee is $545. No one every told me that this did not include material or that it was $ 119/hr if he went over the four hours. He got to my job and had to leave for appoximately 45 minutes to go to thomaston lumbar yard to get the material. the job took 5 hrs and I never received any credit for the 45 minutes he was gone. Most times someone comes out to give you an estimate for the job and when they arrive they are prepared to do it. I find your policy extremely irregular and it was not clearly explained to me at the booking time. What I expected to pay $545 for cost me $798 a huge difference. Like I had said Billy was extremely polite very neat and a master at his craft but I will have to think long and hard before I use your service again or recommend you to anyone I know. Quoted a 4 hour job and it ended up being over 6. Did not seem to know what they were doing and just not happy with craftsmanship. He said tech it’s a two man job. However my son and I ended up helping and it still took over the quote.
