William does an excellent job; he seems to always know exactly what works. He explains to me what he is doing; and he shows me how to use the curtain rods and such. He is exact and, I see him as a person who cares about his clients. He is the best help I have had with all of this work. The company and William call and let me know what is happening and when they will arrive. In spite of the fact that my home phone is not working well, and I need to buy a new one,William gets through and lets me know when he will arrive. The best. Thank you, William.

Ace Handyman Services Northwestern CT is Amazing! I needed to have a new window put in where I used to have a door. I called the office, to make an appointment to have a handyman come out and take a look at what I needed to have done. It was super easy to make the appointment, Dani in the office is so friendly and easy to talk to, booking the appointment was a breeze! Bill, the handyman, came out the next day. He took the time to discuss the project with me, what needed to be done, what materials were needed and about how long it would take him to complete the project. I booked an appointment for Bill to come back and take care of the job for me. I received a confirmation call the night before Bill came out to go over the project once more and an email the next morning to let me know that Bill was on his way. Bill did an AWESOME job putting in the window for me! It looks like there has always been a window there, he was super clean while he was working, excellent craftsmanship! I will definitely be giving them a call again for other projects in the future!
