I needed to have dry rotted wood replaced due to a chronic gutter overflowing problem caused by fallen leaves as well as having new gable vents replaced and crawl space foundation screens repaired. From my initial phone call to completion of all three projects, the communication was excellent. All work was done as scheduled and I even received emails reminding me of the upcoming appointment. Justin had all of the tools needed and worked both neatly and efficiently. In an era when mediocrity is more prevelant than not, it is refreshing to conduct business with a truly professional company. While I rarely take the time to write reviews I am so happy with the results of Justin’s craftsmanship and the overall experience that I cannot help but give Handyman Matters my highest recommendation.

Hired them to do some painting but while he was on the roof he found a missing shingle and another area that needed repair. All the work was completed in the estimated time and no extra charge for the additional repairs.

Great experience! Quick for scheduling the work, great communication, and professional craftsmanship. Kelly fully documented his work and there was auto notification of when he arrived. My only ding is the costs. I’m in construction And estimated the repair should have been around the $500 mark. The total came in at $630 something. I would evaluate such costs as the travel 1 hr at $60 when the handyman lives 10min away from me.

We needed a number of small repairs done while selling our home. Kam did excellent work and I was especially impressed by his efficient use of time. He did some caulking, repair and painting and would get one job to the point of needing to dry, then worked on a different project for us while waiting for the first to be ready for the next step. We were his last appointment of the day and he was running late but communicated with us clearly about it. He was very friendly, very professional, and very skilled. I highly recommend Handyman Matters!

We had two exterior doors replaced and needed our trim checked for repairs. After being ghosted by so many contractors, handyman matters was a breath of fresh air. From the office people whwho handled the scheduling to David who came to do the work they were wonderful. They were able to come in only a week! David came on time, was very knowledgeable, polite, stayed until the job was done and cleaned up. He even helped with a couple unplanned things. I can't say enough good things and will definitely use them again.

Dave and Kam installed a new sliding patio door for me. They absolutely knew their stuff. There was some damage to the door (I'd purchased it and had it delivered prior to the job starting) and Dave went to Home Depot (where I'd bought it) and harangued them into providing parts and a repair kit at no charge to me. It took quite a bit longer than the original estimate, so do talk through your needs thoroughly with dispatch before gettings started, but at no point did I feel like the guys were milking the clock on me. It was just a more complicated install than any of us anticipated.

David installed 34 brass campaign chest handles on valuable furniture and made shelves to install inside an armoire. The furniture will be beautifully in service for at least another 200 years. Then David tackled plumbing, window, and door repairs skillfully. David's behavior and communication were as professional as his work. He is a skilled, trustworthy gentleman. I will hire him again.

This is our fourth time working with Handyman Matters and our fourth time being thrilled with their work. Kam changed out three bathroom fans and repaired some drywall. Well, the drywall repair is the best I've ever seen and the bathroom fans are perfect. Everyone that's come to our house has done a great job and stuck to their estimate. We'll be having them do a bathroom remodel next.

Kam did a great job repairing water damage to door frames and doors.

David was exceptional in solving three varied door problems that I could not handle myself. I have found some additional items of work and will request David again.
