I am so glad I called them this am. Tammy was so helpful and responsive and Manny was here so promptly. As a senior living alone I do appreciate that he could come out right away when my smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. Manny changed all 9 of them for me. It was such a relief. I will definitely use them again.

The handyman was on time, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. He was a hard worker and made good use of his time, however 4 of the 8 shades he hung fell down as soon as I raised them in the evening. He went above and beyond to come back that same night to adjust the distance between the shade and the bracket so it was tighter and he left them secure and functioning perfectly. Aside from this work, I have used this service before and still find Ace Handyman's fee structure to be steep ($$$$ out of 5) for this type of service.

I needed a couple of things done and scheduled Ace Handyman. It was awesome. Great communications with the appointment, easy to schedule. He arrived in time. Went straight to work. Made no issues with what was asked of him. Will absolutely use this service again.

At the end of June, we had 23 new windows installed at our house. Each had 3 pieces of wood, (one at the top and both sides), as part of the fitting process. These 3 pieces needed a coat of stain and a coat of polyurethane. We contacted several painters. Each had long waiting lists, most citing October. I searched online for help and luckily found Ace Handyman Services! As I read their website, I saw a list of the services they provided, not only painting, but many others, too. I called and spoke to Tammy who was so personable and reassuring. I explained to her our window painting project and all the other jobs we needed done: a clogged bathtub drain, new shower head install, new bulbs in a bathroom fan, curtain hardware changed in 3 rooms and new drapes hung, new wall decor hung, 3 pieces of furniture put together, outside trim replaced and painted on patio door, and touch up painting around trim of garage. Tammy did not give be a date of way off in the future, she gave me a mere 2 weeks and assigned us Handyman Richard. Richard was a joy to work with! So friendly, professional, and respectful. He is very skilled and provided exceptional service. He worked quickly and neatly. He listened to my concerns and came up with solutions to solve everything. I am beyond pleased with the results! Having exceeded all my expectations, I would not hesitate to use Ace Handyman Services and Richard again. As every homeowner knows, there is always something that needs fixing or maintaining, so I look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

We were in the middle of a kitchen facelift when our contractor bailed on us mid-job after stalling for six weeks. Tammy greeted our issue with a, “we can definitely help” attitude. She asked for pictures and then said she could have a craftsman to our home the next Monday. Gave us a “no-surprises” estimate and put our kitchen in the hands of Filipe, who is nothing short of a master carpenter/craftsman. He completed the job slightly ahead of schedule. He kept the area neat and is incredibly courteous. He also has a terrific attitude and is respectful and very personable, which a pleasant surprise after the debacle we had been through. We were blessed to have been provided with such a talented worker. We had no idea Ace Hardware provided this and we’re beyond grateful that they do. We cannot recommend them enough!

Richard painted several rooms for us and did an excellent job. He carefully prepped and also cleaned up so there was minimal disruption. Highly recommend!

I had a small job today- installing 2 window air conditioning units. Richard was super quick. I was thinking this morning of what a great resource this service is. I moved here from the DC area where I had a “conceirge” service that was essentially the same thing. When I first called Ace I was surprised that its hourly rate was higher than in DC. However, overall in practice, it’s less because the people are so very skilled they make everything very quick work. I have been much happier with the quality Ace brings to bear.

Rueben was excellent.. he was on time , professional and fixed all dry rot we had on roof trim.. I would not hesitate using Rueben again
