Felipe tended to several tasks with high competency, efficiency, friendliness, and good explanations. Some corroded piping was sanded and painted, a rotting window sill was replaced and painted, bare wood was touch-up painted with color matched paint, an outdoor light fixture was replaced, and wonky drawers and cabinet doors were made to operate more smoothly. Most impressively, he immediately recognized that what I thought was a poorly functioning doorknob was actually a mis-installed storm door rubbing against the inner door knob. He corrected what seems to have been a Jerry-rigged stormdoor hanging by a previous owner. This necessitated some unanticipated carpentry and painting. Excellent job! I would gladly have him do any such repairs. Philipe seems to enjoy a challenge, and he made my day! This is at least the third time I used ACE Handyman Service and I have already recommended them to other.

This is my second experience using Ace Handyman Services. Jobs were done well by both workers and I was satisfied enough enough to recommend them to 2 neighbor's. I'm sure I'll use them again when I have enough work to have a handyman on site for more than 2 hours.

Manny is wonderful! He was able to replace the handle on the storm door, which saved me hundreds of dollars as I had thought the door needed to be replaced. Manny was prompt and efficient, and the price was more than fair.

Manny did an excellent job in many areas within the home. He installed three large grab bars, rewired connections in the attic for two ceiling fans, tightened legs on a kitchen table, painted baseboards, and moved outside furniture into the shed. I recommend him highly.
