Good prompt mannerly
Besides displaying competence and skill, Mike was prompt and courteous. We were very satisfied. He took care of the windowsill so it was not damaged as he uninstalled defective window crank and mrchanism. Looking forward to his return visit.

Work was done well
Other than an hour delay and some confusion finding me (which I do not attribute to the technician), the job went well (furniture assembly) and Mike worked efficiently.
