Handyman Matters of South Charlotte is excellent. To begin with "They call you back" ! There was not one phone call or email message that was not responded to immediately. Bethany is the point of contact from the first inquiry to the final walk though. She is diligent and detail oriented. She does not shy away from concerns.Bethany is dedicated to ensuring the best in Customer Service. Bethany loves her work, you can tell when someone enjoys what they are doing. Jason who made the initial visit to prepare the job quote is thorough and meticulous. He listens to your goals and prepares the quote by the next business day. He ls also a Craftsman. Again, focused on the task. Jacob is the Craftsman who handles the actual installation of the job. He works from the time he arrives until it is time to go. He stopped for a meal only because I insisted we have lunch. These individuals are professionals. They are punctual. Appointments are made and kept. There is actually a GPS Tracker so you know when they are about to arrive. There are no "NO SHOWS" happening here. I already have a quote for my next project !! Thank you Bethany, Jason and Jacob!!!

Jacob arrived on time and after walking around the house to see what needed to be done got to work on knocking the list out. He was friendly and explained each thing he was doing. I highly recommend Jacob and his company.

We had the screens replaced on our porch, as well as a new door and ceiling fan installed. The whole experience from start to finish was handled with friendly professionalism, from the initial contact, through a very competitive quote, and finally the expert way the installation was completed. Jacob did an excellent job repairing my door frame after the Fire Dept. Broke my door in!
