My experience was great, starting with the phone call and ending with a great paint job. Shaun arrived at the stated time and literally worked until the job was done.

Fast, quality service!
Dave was fantastic. Came out to my house, measured my window correctly (unlike the others). Ordered a new window for me and installed it when the window came in. Great job! Left no trace that he was even here.

highly recommend
service person arrived right on time and did the job in a friendly and professional manner. I was pleased with the results and the only thing I was not happy with was the price. I did not get an estimate before hand and thought $150.00 was a little high for a half hour installation job.

Thank you for your honesty, Gordon. This will help us serve the community better. We apologize, we should have gone over the breakdown of our rates again to ensure clarity. We had no intentions of surprising you. After the first hour, we're able to adjust the bill in increments of 15 minutes to ensure we're only charging for the time actually spent, as we've done on multiple occasions - but there is a minimum payment of one hour required, regardless of the size of the job. We apologize for not clarifying that for this smaller job - it's understandable where the confusion would come from. We hope this makes sense and clears up any confusion. Thank you so much for your repeat trust and your feedback - we're so happy to have been able to do your job justice.

Quick turn around
Did what was expected and did not exceed the ability to perform certain tasks, i.e. cut large branch facing house, did not remove squirrels but did refer removal to another professional service. Happy with work.

Great service and friendly professionals
Nate and his assistant arrived early and went right to work at solving my door casing problem. They picked out a vinyl replacement which I had not thought about before and I was very happy with it. They were both friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to have them for any future projects.
