Great job!
I had to have a retractable screen replaced in my storm door. I couldn’t find anyone to do it but Austin from Ace Hardware came out and got the job done! Highly recommend.

Fantastic handyman!
ACE was great as usual to deal with. From making the appointment to the handyman coming out to the house. Everything was first class! Very professional handyman (Austin) came to tye house and was very respectful, courteous, and professional. He did a fantastic job! Will definitely be using ACE in the future. My new “Go to” place and this service is awesome.

Professional and friendly
From beginning to end I was happy with Ace Hardware Services. I spoke to John and he was very patient with me as I explained what I needed done. I was able to get a fast appointment for my work to be done. The day of service Mark arrived on time. He was also patient with me and did the two jobs I needed done in the time allotted. I would recommend this service to others..

Repairs on my house.
I gave a 2 star review because I was given a quote of $345 for 4 hours but instead I was charged $560.00+ and the repairman was only here for 2hours & 30 minutes! Very upsetting! Is this bait & switch? Austin the repairman did a good job.I’m unhappy with the quote and then the price is almost double what I was quoted! I’m a widow on 1 income & I feel taken advantage of! I will not hire them again!!.

I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory experience with us, and I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them seriously. To address the issues raised: $345 dollars is what our current 2hr package price is, which includes our labor and service charge. If a job is shorter than projected, we reduce the cost but if it is longer then we bill customers on a 15-minute interval upon their approval. Job material is an additional cost passed on to our customers, along with a 1-year warranty. We are actively looking into the matter and will take appropriate steps to ensure such situations are avoided in the future. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, and your feedback helps us in that endeavor.
