I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory experience with us, and I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them seriously. To address the issues raised: $345 dollars is what our current 2hr package price is, which includes our labor and service charge. If a job is shorter than projected, we reduce the cost but if it is longer then we bill customers on a 15-minute interval upon their approval. Job material is an additional cost passed on to our customers, along with a 1-year warranty. We are actively looking into the matter and will take appropriate steps to ensure such situations are avoided in the future. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, and your feedback helps us in that endeavor.
