Larry showed up right on time and was great to work with. He took care of a number of tasks around the house, including removing 2 satellite dishes that were no longer being used. I appreciated his courtesy and the great communication from ACE Handyman services.

Just to explain, I've used this company for years and have always given them 5 stars and wished I could give their people 10+ stars. On the good side, Larry replaced the hoses on my washer with braided ones which will be more durable and he cleaned up the area around the washer (outside washer & dryer) to a very high degree and he did the work quickly. But he needs some basic customer service/communications training. He noticed how the washer was draining & said that system "wouldn't work" and even after I explained that the drainage system was set up by the Whirlpool repair tech and works perfectly, he still grumbled about it and said "it didn't make sense". I reported that some electrical outlets weren't working and he checked and just said "There is nothing wrong with the outlets". Which kind of sounds like "Even though you are an adult home owner, you obviously don't know how electrical outlets work." He could have handled that interactions in hundreds of ways that were more professional. He admitted to just moving here & after I identified the animal in the water turn-off valve box as a pack rat & not a mouse, like he thought it was, he then had to explain to me that usually pack rats "aren't out during the day". There were other interactions that were equally tiresome. The man-splaining and lack of customer service skills was just not necessary. I will continue to use this company because their people are usually awesome, asked the office to never send Larry to my property again and talk to him about his customer service skills.

We thank Ace Handyman for the great ramp they built. It is wonderful to be able to go out without worrying about going up and down stairs. Thank you for working with us to get it built as quickly as possible. We appreciate all the hard work you put into the job. It looks so FANTASTIC.

Mark showed up on time this morning and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He got the parts he needed, and worked steadily and competently to complete the job. He cleaned up before he left. All is great! We’ll use Ace Handyman services again. And I promote them to anyone who needs handyman help!

The gentleman that was sent to my house did a top notch job. He was kind and professional. I will be calling this company for service again.

My plumbing experience was top notch, he was professional, and worked in a timely manner! He went to get parts and was gone only briefly instead of half the day as with other contractors in town! I’ll refer them as tops anytime someone needs a plumber!

I hired Ace Handyman Services to build a platform for my Good 2 Great Golf indoor academy. Scott was very courteous, professional, on time and did a great job. They charged a reasonable price and I am very happy with their work and will use them again in the future. Coach Paul

Aaron did a good job on the two task we needed to get done - replace a screen on our sliding door and fix an inoperable casement window. Other things such as deteriorating weather stripping will require some more research. Aaron was very professional and I would use their service again

Aaron is truly the best in the west. He did a fantastic job on my green house. There is nothing this professional cannot handle.
