Outstanding Customer Service!
Ross (the owner) is remarkably responsive and stands behind the work of his company in a way that few do. He was very quick to respond to my initial call, and gave me a quote that was thorough and reasonable.
The job (spot floor leveling) was complete in time for the floor contractor's installation which involved a pretty short timeframe. The quality of the job when it was complete was excellent. PLUS, he was very interested (backed up by action) in assuring I was comfortable and happy with the outcome. He truly went above and beyond!
As an older woman it's not always (or not at all) easy to find tradesmen who are reliable, skilled and easy to work with. Ross, on the other hand is all of these things which relieved the stress that comes with construction and home improvement. I found his service to offer an excellent value and outcome!

Always great
Came in to install fire and smoke detectors with a littl of a new ceiling fan. Come early called the night before to verify and did good fast work with always personable. Love the way they work. Always will call them

Waste of time and money.
I hired a Ace handyman to do a floor board job, which he did not do. Charged me $200 for pulling out one floor board and driving around to two local stores (Home Depot and lowes) to look at what they had and then come back and end the session with the board still pull out…. Wouldn’t waste my money ever again on their services.

Matt, we are sorry to hear you felt the craftsman's time was not worth it. Looking at your account it seems the craftsman took the time to try and match your hard to find flooring, and it looks like 9 months later, you may have found it difficult to find as well. It also says you were planning on finding the materials yourself and then planned to call us back to re-schedule the installation. If there is anything we can do for you please let us know, we would have loved to assist you on this project.

Efficient and Professional Service
Keegan arrived right on time and was courteous, knowledgeable, and adept. I've had issues with the workmanship of handypeople I've had in the past, but he put me right at ease, answered all my questions, and was so efficient he finished ahead of schedule. He addressed the things that I've needed to have done around the house, and I am happy with his work. I had a very positive experience and plan to use Ace Handyman again in the future.

This was just a small job to finish off the recessed ceiling after new lights were installed and old ceiling panel lights removed.
