The handyman was polite, professional and understood my needs immediately. He had the tools and completed the work within a reasonable time. Very good work.

Doug fixed four of our bi fold doors. It took him three hours but he was thorough and fixed the issues to our satisfaction. However, the fact that there is no warranty to bifold door repair was not revealed ahead of time. In fact, the lady who first took our call and to whom the nature of the work was clearly revealed including the fact of the work being on bifold doors defended the quoted high hourly rate due to the fact that Ace furnish one year warranty on all their services. That was a misleading sales pitch and was not expected of Ace which is the reason for the four star instead of five.

The entire process was great. Someone actually answered the phone during my initial call. They followed up with me as promised. My first contact was out of the office and another associate actually followed up with me! They scheduled a service person. And Jeff showed up as promised. Completed the work perfectly. Definitely recommend Ace Handyman Seevices based on this experience!

Don did an excellent job rescreening two doors. Don was extremely professional and thorough. He tweaked the one door repeatedly to make sure it rolled properly and locked.

I have used Ace Handyman services three times and will use them again in the future. The first time was when my basement hand rail came off ..Theresa said Doug would come that day when he finished his last scheduled job. I asked Doug if it was possible to install hood over range that I bought in 2019 (the man who installed my gas stove was so rude I did not want him back to install the special order of hood). Doug said he could, but it would be work intensive. It was, but he did a great job. I do not know how I cooked without it. The third job was to hang curio wall cabinet and to secure back boards on basement stairs that had come loose. I was having trouble with slab ants getting in house and asked Doug would he caulk around outside cable lines, he offered to walk around perimeter of house and caulk any holes he saw. I had booked two hours, Doug finished everything in one hour. He only charged me for one hour. Doug is a great craftsman, and a great guy!
