The service guy came out that same evening at no extra cost and determined that the unit most likely would need to be replaced but also gave us a quote for just repairing it. We have since decided to replace the unit given the cost of repair. The service guy was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed description of what the issue was. I called today to set up a time for a tune up (after purchasing a deal on Living Social some time ago). They said someone could be out in about 3 hours. They called right back and said if it was okay they could come in about 30 minutes!! Tony showed up right on on time. He was completely delightful. He began educating me immediately on my heat and air unit (something I didn't even think I had any desire to learn about!). He invited me to go with him through the servicing of our unit, explaining to me what readings he should be getting and why it was important. Although our unit is about 16 years old the outside unit was working surprisingly well. We knew we have had a slow freon leak for several years. He was able to find exactly where the leak was and explained to me why it was leaking and what it would take to repair it. He fully educated me on the ramifications of not making the repair, as well as the pros and cons of making the repair vs replacing the unit. Living Social introduced me to this company, Tony earned my loyal business today. I can not speak highly enough about them, or about this service technician. ((And I have never left a review like this...when I read them I usually think it must be a family member or friend writing it, but I knew nothing of the company or of Tony before today.) ~via Google+

Our heat failed without notice during inclement weather. I went on line to see if there was some type of DO IT YOURSELF solution I might try in lue of calling a repairman. Frankly I tried several on line "tips" without prevail and finally called Aire Serv. Their service technician, Tony, arrived on time and introduced himself, asked a few questions, and set about diagnosing our problem. He found the problem quickly and made the repair. It was a pleasure working with Aire Serve. Customer service started from the first call made, the receptionist was very pleasant and professional. They were willing to accomidate our schedule and arrive late afternoon to provide an inspection and evaluation of our current equipment. John provided a thorough evaluation of our home and existing equipment. He explained options and cost and although no one wants to spend thousands of dollars before the holidays, the price was very fair. We were having warm weather at the time, but John made sure the team was scheduled to begin work the next day as colder weather was in the forecast. Everyone that came to our home was on time, professional and courteous, the installers even vacuumed and swept before they left!
