I had written a previous review but do not see it posted here. I wanted to correct my statement of thinking that the technician had misquoted me for the ac unit. It turns out I got confused over the whole thing and posted an incorrect review. The technician Joe was nothing but professional. He came out this morning and fixed the unit in speed time. I would totally recommend this company and would use them again. My apologies for posting an incorrect review.

Aire Serv technician came out on a Saturday night, diagnosed my problem and proposed the solution. I approved and he had the part on hand and repaired my system within an hour. He was very professional, wore shoe protection and even used his own door mat. I will definitely use this Company again. It was a great experience that I haven't had with any other service company. I also signed up for their maintenance program which I thought was an unbelievable deal.

The gas burner on my fireplace would not light and I knew it needed to be cleaned out since over time it gets' filled with soot. The technician was very professional, dismantled my gas logs which he noticed had been incorrectly installed so he corrected that. He cleaned and serviced the fireplace and now it lights immediately every time I turn it on. He gave me some suggestions on installing a blower and a carbon monoxide detector. I was very pleased with the service and the price (Groupon special for $89). Thank you for the quality service; my fireplace works great now and I am very pleased with the results.
