Mark was very pleasant to interact with. He diagnosed the problem right away and then got on the phone with my mechanic back in Baltimore to verify the issues. Even though we're not having the work done with Mark, because we live in Baltimore, he let me keep my car there for the duration until we were able to come back and pick it up and drive it home. Mark and the crew up in New Castle are the best, Mark gives me a quote and sticks to it unless there is more under the hood than we both thought, and if it is he explains it well. I've had my 98 Cherokee up there a few times since I purchased it in 2022 and every time the quote and the amount of time needed are always online.
