Mark was very pleasant to interact with. He diagnosed the problem right away and then got on the phone with my mechanic back in Baltimore to verify the issues. Even though we're not having the work done with Mark, because we live in Baltimore, he let me keep my car there for the duration until we were able to come back and pick it up and drive it home.
