OMG....I can see again!
My garage was really dim....Florence (sp? yeah I know it isn't right!) lights mostly out, odd size, (8ft!) and that is where I go for 'refuge' ....in the winter especially. My lights are all working now and the technician was truly great! I had a new freezer delivered that day....tech was still here. You have to also know that I live alone...he watched their every move. Dog groomer came while he was here and he was concerned over their care. Cannot give a greater rating, but will recommend!

Great Service and Timely Response Rate
Chad was very friendly and kept me informed of what he was up against during the entire troubleshooting and repair period. With a HVAC system that was previously fixed by another company, Chad discovered the wiring system was crossed causing my AC to come on when heat was selected. He figured the mistake was due to a bad thermostat and rather than sell me one, he gave me advice on what was on the market with new smart technologies. Regarding timeliness, I had a 1-5 appointment time, he called about 1:15 and said he'd be there in 20 minutes if that was okay for me. Of course it was!!!! Thanks Chad!

Was very impressed with Chad at Mr. Electric
I called him on a commercial emergency repair. He was very good at communicating his steps to me. Let me know right away what issues he found and what to resolve them. His paper work came in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

peace of mind at last!
We needed two chandeliers hung a dimmer switch fitted and a house surge protector fitted. The guys did it quickly and cleanly. It is always nice when you don't know the service guys have worked in the house. Chad was very knowledgeable and
