I just had an appointment with Mr. Electric to get a cost for adding power to my shop. Tech, Toby, showed up a little earlier than expected and very friendly as well as personable. Toby quoted me within a couple of minutes and told me what needed to be done. I asked when he was available or if I needed to schedule a time to work it in. He said promptly that he could take care of right then, he went to get parts and finished up the install with in a couple of hours. Very pleased with the service and courtesy that was provided, as well as how fast the work was done. I did not have to worry about scheduling another day for the work to be done, thanks.

I had a variety of small projects that Corey took care of. He had some good advice about future projects and made sure I understood the costs before the projects were completed. He showed right on schedule and was very courteous even to my very curious dog. He had to come back a second time because I bought the wrong size part for a ceiling fan, but he was cool about that too. I would highly recommend Mr Electric.

Corey our service professional was exactly that a professional. The situation was explain in great detail on what was happing and the steps it would take to fix the problem. The one thing i was alittle bothered by was setting og the breaker box. They had to cut in for the larger panel to fit but left an inch gap at the top. i can fix the gap but it's difficult to show off the work when that gap is the first thing people see. I would recommend Mr. Electric to a friend.

Mr Electric of Paola, Ks installed a whole house generator for my 87 year old mother. The job was big, but managed well by Mr. Electric installers. We purchased semi annual service through Mr Electric and I am very pleased with all aspects of the service. We don't have any worries about our complex generator system. The peace of mind is very valuable for me and my mom.

Great work... got here on tiime...very pleased with Mark the technician. But… The cost shocked me! I would recommend Mr. electric to a friend but I would tell them that I felt like it was high dollar.
