I have been able to use Mr Electric for several jobs in homes that I rent. The technicians are well informed and most professional. The work they do is reliable and well done. They are respectful of the environment in which they work and always leave the work site clean. The quality of work is such that I may rest assured that my renters are safe!

Mr. Electric of Vancouver and Portland is a great service to work with. Greg helped me, and he is a really smart guy. He actually teaches a class on electronics, so he was able to figure out my issue and communicate it to me. He goes above and beyond to make sure he does the job right. We ran into a couple problems, but none that were really in Greg's control, so that's why I still rate his service highly. He never gave me a bid on the second service I requested, but I think that is because I am still waiting on the conduit to arrive for it. Anyway, I would recommend his service.

We are new to the area everyone at Mr. Electric was professional, caring, and competent. Jim, the owner, made a house call on a Saturday and explained the process for getting our problem resolved. Kristina kept in close contact and updated us on timing and answered all of our questions. Zan, the electrician who completed our repairs, was efficient and friendly. We appreciated the responsiveness of the entire staff.

we were one of thousands of Portlanders who lost their power due to the high winds, which knocked over a large tree in front of our house and pulled our conduit box completely off our wall. When we called PGE and were told that it was our responsibility to have that repaired before power could be turned back on, we panicked. We called Mr. Electric and they had a technician at our house in 45 minutes who then spent 3 hours fixing the problem. In addition to such prompt service during a citywide problem, they then arranged with the City of Portland to do an inspection promptly, and also coordinated with PGE to get our power turned back on today! We are extremely pleased with their service and will always use them in the future!

The work required hooking up the condo Hot Tub... Mr. Electric up graded the electrical installation and notified the city(pdx) that an inspection was due. Your electrician informed me of the cost for the inspection and what to expect... The Inspector arrived at the site on time. He was impressed with the electrical updates and accepted all work... we passed with flying colors... thanks Mr. E !Portland

The gentleman who did the work was quick, thuro and answered any questions I had. He also explained a couple of things which he had to do which was not part of the original contract, at no extra cost to me.

Prompt and accurate service. Only drawback is the exorbitant fee, just for making the call, even as a senior and with membership.
