The technician explained very clearly what needed to be done, and how it would be done. He performed the work with swift and efficient manner. Afterwards took me around to show what had been done to the stated goals.

Zan was great. Professional, personal and efficient. It was a large and complicated job, requiring a lot of hoop jumping because of insurance. Zan did excellent work and helped us through the complications.

I was most impressed with his installing of new LED fixtures in the dining room. It required his climbing into the attic above the garage and traversing the entire house to get to the area where the new connections had to be made. He did this in a very short period of time, then cleaned up every little bit of debris that may have fallen. Replacing the fixtures in the kitchen was done quickly, and I enjoy the brighter, white light. The new closet LED fixture is a great help. as are the new lamps in the track light fixture in the study. Yes, I would surely recommend Mr. Electric to others. I have had no other electrician from your company except Zan, but feel that all would be efficient, too. I appreciate the efficiency, speed and courtesy with which the work was done. And I will call upon your company whenever I need more electrical work done.

Todd came out Christmas Eve afternoon and was a complete professional. Parts were not available until the day after Christmas, but he had my house functioning by noon that day. Polite, professional, eager to help, and all the rest. Will call Mr. Electric again when I have a need.

Great job on our auxiliary generator installation. The leveling and base construction is a work of art. Excellent attention to detail. Competent and professional technicians. Not cheap, but worth it. At this point, we are very pleased.
