John is always attentive, stops by monthly to check in, and makes sure we have everything we need. He genuinely cares that we’re happy with the service and is always quick to address any questions or concerns. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and values his customers. Chris and his crew clean 2 of our waxing salon locations. One in Franklin- Berryfarms and another in Springhill. We use a sugar paste and it can be difficult to get off floors and walls and when they come clean you feel as if you could eat off the floors.
