As a local church community that considers the building our home away from home, we always believed that cleaning was our responsibility. But as our family continued to grow exponentially, we finally found ourselves needing to outsource this important job. Stratus came recommended by 2 local churches that we knew from occasional shared services. Every time we visited, both churches were extremely clean. The Owner came out and walked around with me and offered a detailed proposal that I could present to our Parish Council. Upon our approval, we were assigned our own Manager, who is extremely attentive to our every need. Any text from me receives an almost immediate response. Our assigned Worker takes care to do exactly what is on the weekly checklist. We have never had to complain about anything being neglected. Finally, our Manager comes personally once a month to do a thorough walk through with me to make sure the job is being done properly. I’m just sorry we waited so long to make the change!

Our building is always cleaned well. I appreciate Chris Moix, manager, coming in periodically to check-in. He's also very communicative via email and addresses any concerns we may have same day. Are needs are always addressed by the cleaning staff immediately. They seem to be very receptive to feedback and we couldn't appreciate that more in a cleaning company.
