My wife and I just purchased a home that had a Four Seasons sunroom installed by a previous owner. The beauty and construction of the sunroom was one of the reasons that we purchased the home. However, the previous owners did not have the keys to lock the doors, nor did it appear that the locking mechanisms were working from the inside. We contacted Jeremy, the owner, and he came to our home and showed us how the door locks function and repaired the mechanism on one of them that was no longer working. He also showed us how to quickly remove the tumblers to have them rekeyed, and explained some of the features of the sunroom. Jeremy did not have to do any of this, as there was little financial motivation for him to do so. It spoke a great deal about him and the pride in the product that he represents.
The sunroom itself is top notch. Tempered glass, very sturdy construction and great finish detail. We had built an add-on sunroom at a previous home with another vendor, and while the framing and construction was good, the other company did a poor job on both the roof as well as the interior finish detail. Neither of these areas is a problem for this room. I definitely recommend Palmetto Home & Craftsman because the work I have seen is outstanding and the level of support can be counted on.
