High quality and Professional Service
Today, January 30, 2025 I met with Ace Handyman Services Representative Matt Goedert, representing the Hanover/Henrico office. Matt has superior knowledge and professionalism in his approach of what my needs are. Very honest and sincere individual I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services Hanover/Henrico.

Great job on remodeling our basement
We had a great experience with Ace Handyman Services on a basement renovation which included walls, ceiling, lighting, and staircase. Matt Goedert’s knowledge and skill turned our vision into a finished project. He was able to guide us in recommending solutions as concerns arose and this was extremely helpful. We highly recommend Ace Handyman Services and look forward to using them again.

Outstanding Service!
Ace sent over Nikki Matthews as the tech to handle my list of "things to fix" and I was not disappointed! She was very knowledgeable and had very good insight into my projects. Her construction background was evident in our discussion about the work to be done. I have already requested to use her again and will recommend her to all my clients and friends!

Not very honest and upfront
Recently had two doors installed Dave the mechanic did a great job really happy with his work the problem is I asked the office if they would like me to pick up the doors they said no they take care of it and then charged me double luckily the Mechanic Dave that did the work informed me about getting rid of the old doors myself otherwise they would have charged me for that too without notifying me I don't mind paying for the work don't like to be taken advantage of

Quick and Professional
I had an issue with a window leaking. They were able to send someone out quickly and evaluate the problem. They recommended a solution which was inexpensive.
