Today we had an appointment with your plumber Boyd. He was very prompt. Which I admire and appreciate. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the job he was asked to perform. Because of his expertise he immediately explained that the equipment/parts that I had purchased could not be used as I wanted. This was a unique situation where I did not want any drilling into my bathroom wall tiles. He explained in detail what t should be looking to purchase in the future should I want to proceed. Thank you Boyd for going over and beyond and listening to me vent about my disappointment that the project could not happen today. You are a definite asset to Ace Handyman.

BOYD, was very professional, told me upfront Exactly what he was handling the job and what was needed to complete the job. Totally cleaned up including areas affected by the job. A great asset to your company.

This was the second time we used Ace Handyman Services and we would use them again. Gregg proved himself in the first job to be prompt, polite, and thorough. Even our two old dogs like him. Gregg never imposes himself so I could do my computer work as he did his work. This job was to install our new kitchen cabinets. He assembled a device that positioned the cabinets at the accurate height and kept them stable so that he could mount them on the wall. He brought that contraption with him, so he didn't take time away from his installing duties. That is impressive, because it shows he pre-plans his jobs and is adaptable to any need that he might face. My dogs and I have the same viewpoint... I like having Gregg around, too.

Boyd is very experienced plumber. Ours is a renovated kitchen with some space challenges. He was able to accommodate the tight spot and finished very nicely and professionally. He is very good listener and helped us to understand the work what he did and left us with a happy memory note. I certainly would engage them for all my future works..
